We had a wonderful stay at a charming guest house just a short walk from the town center. the location was perfectly situated for exploring the nearby nine arch bridge and hiking trails without all the hustle and bustle of the busy streets. the clean and comfortable room came equipped with all the necessities such as air conditioning and charging units. the accommodating staff provided a delicious and individualized breakfast that fueled us for a day of adventure. the only downside was the occasional barking dogs in the area.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Ella and had a fantastic experience. the value for money was exceptional. The prices for the rooms with three king-size beds were very affordable, making it perfect for families or groups traveling together. Additionally, the attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The basic amenities provided were more than sufficient for our needs, and we were pleased to find that the rooms on the ground floor had a beautiful view, which I heard will be even better once finished. Lastly, the breakfast served each morning was delicious and gave us the perfect start to our day of exploring.
This hotel exceeded my expectations and I have no complaints.

Had a great Christmas at this hotel, with plenty of things to appreciate. the rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable, with lovely mosquito nets over the beds. the hotel had an excellent location, with easy-to-reach spots for both town and hiking adventures. Finally, we loved the friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us, including serving a delicious breakfast every day.
There were also some downsides to our stay. we found that some of the rooms were a little cramped, which made things feel quite busy and congested at times.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with a short walk to the town center, the nine arches bridge, and little Adam's Peak. It is also just outside the noisy center, providing a peaceful environment. The rooms are clean and spacious, exactly as shown in the pictures. The staff is friendly and efficient, always ready to help with any requests. The breakfast is tasty and there is a variety of options available. The hotel also offers facilities such as laundry service and a cooking class.
Some noise from nearby dogs can disturb your sleep.

The hospitality of the staff was really impressive, they were very kind and helpful. the breakfast was great and varied every day. the location was very convenient with some great attractions around. the rooms were clean and comfortable with great amenities and nice offering services like a hairdryer and soft blankets.
The hot water supply in the washrooms could have been better, with low pressure and not hot enough for all the days of the stay. some staff members were pushy and seemed to prioritize earning money through selling additional services over providing good customer service.

The attention to detail was impressive, with basic amenities and comfortable rooms that exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the stunning hikes in the area, providing easy access to all the scenic trails.
